Two lofts as well as the large living room and expansive upper-story deck provide cozy places to relax or read a book from our all-ages library shelves. Families will find just what they need, with toys and games peeking around every corner of the kid-friendly bunk rooms.

Your Bed & Breakfast hosts...

KIM and ANDREW are your hosts at Red Cone Lodge. They live on-site in a separate living space (basement) with its own access. They are also the owners, property managers, and cleaners.

Most of the time it will be Kim that you interact with; she's the chef and housekeeper. You'll see Andrew at times during lunch or after-hours (he still works his day job from home) - especially in the winter - tending to the snow and ice to keep everyone safe!

Kim and Andrew have raised 7 adult children and have 10 grandkids, so every corner of Red Cone Lodge was designed with the ultimate family experience in mind.

Things to do around Crescent Lake...

Enjoy spectacular Cascade Range views all year round from this lodge that sits at nearly 5,000 feet. Five minutes away is Crescent Lake, famous for crystal clear water and a white pumice sand bottom. On a clear summer day, you will truly believe you’ve traveled to the mountains of Oregon to end up in a tropical paradise!

In summer, Crescent Lake is popular for water skiing, wakeboarding, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, and swimming. The well-maintained trails provide excellent hiking and motorbiking. Winter snow makes the trails ideal for snowshoeing, cross country skiing, and snowmobiling.

While you’re here, plan a day trip to nearby Salt Creek Falls, a spectacular single-drop waterfall that cascades 286 feet down from the viewing platform above.

Hiking, sightseeing, and water sports are world-class at Crater Lake, which inspires awe as the deepest lake in the United States: Fed by rain and snow, this pristine lake formed by a volcanic eruption 7,700 years ago. Imagine staying just a few miles from this international treasure!

Odell Lake Lodge and Resort, just 10 minutes away by car, provides world class fishing and hosts the famous Mackinaw Fishing Derby that draws anglers from across the globe. Winter guests can book a magical sleigh ride at Odell Lake that is straight out of a storybook. Choose your way to explore the area by renting a snowmobile, snowshoes, or cross-country skis to strap on right there at the lodge to start your adventure.

Red Cone Lodge has its own private sledding hill right out the front door! The Diamond Peaks neighborhood also provides easy access to pristine alpine skiing and snow shoeing. Downhill skiing is 15 minutes away at Willamette Pass, which offers affordable packages and free skiing for kids.

Whatever your flavor of fun, Red Cone Lodge will pamper you while you play. We can’t wait to share this magical place with you!
